1. Able To Understand Functionalities And Features Of Websites And Incorporating Them Into Design.

2. Gather And Evaluate User/Client Requirements In Collaboration With Product Managers And Engineers.

3. Responsible For Client Communication In English So He/She Can Express His/Her Design In Front Of Client.

4. Illustrate Design Ideas Using Storyboards, Process Flows And Sitemaps.

5. Design Ui Mock-Ups And Prototypes That Clearly Illustrate How Sites Function And Look Like.

6. Needs To Create Original And Unique Design.

7. Prepare And Present Rough Drafts To Internal Teams, Key Stakeholders And Clients.

8. Identifying And Troubleshooting Ux Problems.

9. Conduct Layout Adjustments Based On User/Client Feedback.

10. Responsible To Design & Manage Design System/Style Guide.

11. Responsible To Test And Improve The Design Of The Website By Giving Ux Feedback.

Skills Required
1. Previous Working Experience As A Ui Designer For At Least 6 Months – 1 Year.

2. Sense Of Ownership And Pride In Your Performance And Its Impact On The Company’s Success.

3. Critical Thinker And Problem-Solving Skills.

4. Demonstrable Ui Design Skills With A Strong Portfolio.

5. Proficiency In Latest Design Softwares Which Includes, Adobe Xd, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

6. Up-To-Date Knowledge Of Latest Design Trends & Techniques.

7. Excellent Visual Design Skills With Sensitivity To User-System Interaction.

8. Experience Working In An Agile/Scrum Development Process (Optional).
